What’s going on here?
It’s hard to imagine a stranger contest than U.S. Rep. Denny Rehberg’s run for a fifth term in Congress. First his Democratic challenger, John Driscoll of Helena, vowed not to raise or spend any money on his campaign. Weeks later Driscoll promised to vote for Rehberg on Nov. 4.
